The trouble with games of that vintage is none of the code is usable, so you would have to recreate them from scratch. With extra effort required to emulate the clunkyness of 90's PCs.
It's actually easier and cheeper to make a new game.
I wish someone would create something like those games for ios. You cant find good party, turn based games anymore. So much more strategy involved as opposed to single player games
There are some. As mentioned elsewhere, the good stuff on tablets is lost beneath the great piles of garbage. Dungeons of Chaos, for example, looks like an attempt to recreate a Pools of Radiance type game. I haven't played it though.

I really wish somebody would make a good 5e tablet game along the lines of the Goldbox or Dreamforge games.
