I was actually going to turn my thread into a list of all the problems found in them so far. I guess wait until I've done so (not sure what merging does to my control?)
@Kristie83 you can easily imposition, print and bind the manual at home. If you go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imposition you can see the idea behind the preparation. You can use InDesign for the task itself or Cutepdf, and there are many guides how to glue and stitch the book together on the internet. I suggest using folios instead of a basic booklet because with 74+pages, the booklet format would annoy you to hell. pages flipping back and forth etc.
Edit: And as a plus, you can choose the type of paper for the cover and the pages yourself, having a handmade hardcover book made by yourself makes you feel special too! ^_^
Thanks for this information! I'll have to think about it. I don't know how big I was expecting it to be, but Its a lot of pages. It would be nice to have a paper manual, but I just might try to convert the PDF into an EPUB and put it on my Kobo ereader.
@lordkim Mine was first! Nah, I don't really care what you do with it...
Volo has a hard hand when he writes. (He thinks he's a printing press.)
I chose Sherwood when I was thinking the manual might get printed, and Sherwood actually looked pretty good on paper. Admittedly, it's a little less reader-friendly in PDF form. Personally I prefer Elminster's font of choice, but that's just me.
There's been some discussion in the BGEE manual bugs thread (here: http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/comment/140899#Comment_140899 ) about the "missing" tables and charts in the new BGEE manuals. Probably quite rightly, @Aosaw and others want to keep that thread focused on sorting out the inconsistencies and errors in the existing content, rather than in "missing" content, like the tables and charts not included.
I think, though, that there could be enough fan/community interest in creating/maintaing a set of accurate and up-to-date tables and charts for BGEE. Rather than re-inventing the wheel, what might be best is to verify, improve and expand on one of the existing fan-created resources that already includes many BG tables and charts, such as the excellent (but incomplete) playithardcore site (e.g. http://playithardcore.com/pihwiki/index.php?title=Baldur's_Gate:_Progression_Charts ), assuming, of course, the current author(s) of that site is/are willing (are they on this forum BTW?).
On the playitharcore front page it says "If you want to help, please email me: soulmata@gmail.com . Or, contribute." The site is wiki based, so already allows community-contribued content suggestions/corrections in fact:
"Please note that all contributions to Play It Hardcore may be edited, altered, or removed by other contributors. If you don't want your writing to be edited mercilessly, then don't submit it here. You are also promising us that you wrote this yourself, or copied it from a public domain or similar free resource"
There might still be a need to ask questions of the BGEE developers, though, to verify certain things, but this would be much less load on them than asking them to actually create such a resource. What do people here think about this?
I've created an account for myself on playithardcore (using the same username as I use here), am not sure how much time (or knowledge) I have to add muchnew content, but may try at least to spot/report any errors I find.

What a great idea! Personally, I wouldn't be able to contribute anything, as my knowledge on these matters are next to nil, but I sure would love to have a source like that to lean on when re-playing the game for the first time in many years.

I too think this is an excellent idea! Unfortunately I'm also not knowledgeable about this stuff. It would be nice to have some more resources available, especially since this will be my first official playthrough!
@Oxford_Guy: Cool! Please feel free to contribute.
I was planning once the game came out to start a "Changes in Baldur's gate: enhanced edition" page within our little guide so I'll let you know when that's up.
We really need help with spells. Most internet sites I'm aware of list the values in the old handbook which were wrong in tons of places so that's why I've never got around to copying them. I'll figure out some way to make it work better. Could use someone gathering and collecting images of the spells to then slap that into each thing, etc.

should work much better

Don't know what I'm gonna do when playing on the iPad...
Hmm..
See, she looks happy, I'll bet she's reading the BGEE manual right now!
Or, hire a number of people to each commit a section to memory and have them follow you around wherever you go.
"Chapter Seven! What's the difference between an Archer and a Kensai!"
"I've told you before, my name is Stephen..."
"That doesn't sound like Volo!"
"Sorry, sir. The archer is a ranger kit that..."
Isn't that right, Chapter Seven?
"It's Seven! --I mean, Seven! ...Why can't I say Seven? Seven! SEVEN! SEVEN!!!"
Chapter Seven's such a good friend.
Quick! Two and Four! You pick up the slack!
What do mean you don't have any more room in your brain?!
I'm tired of your excuses! Don't make me get out the whip again!
I'll ask my friends to take it in turns to be readit out to me while playing BG on the iPad on the go. :-)

Strangely, I never mentioned a specific day...
