I believe Magic Muscles is a first level Wizard spell in 2e. The caster gets an additional 1d4+1 abs and it lasts 1 hour per level.

In GURPS Magic you powered spellcasting with fatigue. You gained fatigue by buying Strength. JUST SAYING.

I think it works differently now, an edition later.
