PST:EE failing license verification

HootSkootHootSkoot Member Posts: 9
I have a rooted Galaxy S7 and a Shield Tablet. No matter what I've tried I can't get past the license verification screen when first starting up. I've tried reinstalling, rebooting, and deleting cache+data. At this point I'm going to try installing a new version of the Google Play Store but I don't have much hope. I've bought BGII and that works, though I also had trouble starting that one up, I just don't remember how.

We don't go out of our way to detect if a device has been rooted or not so our app doesn't have a way of seeing if the rooting has moved any data somewhere unexpected. It is possible that this issue is due to the rooting of your device, if you continue to see the issue on a non-rooted device, please feel free to post here.
