Exploit: Unlimited experience reward for one quest

If you complete the Galvena quest in BG 2 (chapter 4) you can speak to Ellie to get an experience reward for the quest. Each time you speak to her you get the reward (unlimited times). You should get the reward only once.

Also, the talking statue at the spellhold exit. It grants 28500 exp for each party member. One time, I wanted to find out how many times I could exploit this cheese. I found out I could do this 20+ times (and I gave up after 20 cuz it got tedius.) Needless to say, I got my party close to the HLA levels.

That glitch is age-old - I remember discovering it by accident the first time I played through the game back in 2000 or so. I thought it had been fixed in the later patches and/or ToB?

Aren´t those fixed by the fixpack?

BG2 Fixpack addresses all of these, and will be included in BG2EE.
