Can anyone confirm this bug?

In a multiplayer session with a friend, when I pass my scroll case to a character he controls, the scroll case is empty for him. When he passes it back it still have the scrolls I could see before.

I am the host and have been in charge of managing the scroll case. There does not appear to be any problem with passing the gem back or potion bag between characters.

Can anyone confirm?
