Max HP Bug?

I'm playing code difficulty BGEE, but it looks like I'm rolling max HP on every level up?

I'm pretty sure I didn't enable that for the Tweak pack?

I notice a steam discussion about this in the past, but was this bug fixed?

    There is an option you have to uncheck if you want random HP rolls.

    Cheers thanks. Shame I missed up, I'll have to EEKeeper in some random HP rolls for the party.

    How can they say it's core rules if they've made this fundamental change to it?
