BUG: Simulacra have no stealth cooldown at all.

Which means shadow twins can go in and out of invisibility at will, in or out of combat. I'm sure you can smell the cheese already.

    Update: They do have a cooldown *IF* they fail to hide in the shadows. They should have a cooldown after attacking or manually deactivating it too, but alas...

    @Gate70 Might want to check this.
