Bug in rescue Haer'Dalis quest? (spoilers maybe) - Solved

Hi there,

I've done the first part of the free Haer'Dalis quest 'rescueing him from the mage) much earlier in this run. Now I'm trying to finish the quest but it seems I have, uh, misplaced the planar gem. After looking everywhere I thought "no big deal, I'll just console it in", but when talking to Haer'Dalis or the quest giver at the theater I don't have any dialog option to hand them the gem (just "no, I don't have it" or "no, I've sold it").

Any idea how to fix this problem? A GLOBAL variable to set maybe?

    If you have no option, perhaps you haven't actually picked it up?

    I just re-checked and it's not in the church-looking room where it's supposed to be (at least according to the walkthroughs I checked)

    You mean in the altar (which can't be unlocked until you kill the mage) itself?

    Do you remember picking it up?

    Check those
    Global("HaerDalisFree","GLOBAL",1)
    Global("RaelisJob","GLOBAL",1)
    Global("HaerDalisMove","GLOBAL",1)

    And you have to have the gem ("Misc6x").

    Yes, the altar, that's the place. I'm almost 100% sure I picked it up when I went there.

    Ah, I was spawning the wrong item ("Misc6t" instead of "Misc6x"). That did the trick, thank you very much!

    Time to go cambion hunting :)
