Vanilla BG1 Elf Charm/Sleep Resistance Bugfix?

Hello all. Does anyone know where I can find a fix to the 90% charm/sleep resistance for elves that was erroneously not implemented in vanilla BG1? I downloaded the BG1 Tweakpack from Gibberlings 3, but it did not include any actual bugfixes. Gibberlings 3 has a Fixpack for BG2 but they do not appear to have one for BG1.
