Can't enter Throne after Ravager

I just killed the Ravager and it says I can now enter the abyssal Throne. However when I try to exit the pocket plan, I don't see the option. Is this a bug? I have done all of the pocket challenges. I haven't done the Hexatt quest but I don't think that should be a requirement to enter the throne. Any suggestions on how to fix? I'm playing on IOS. Thx

    Do/did you have Neera in your party during ToB, and do her quests.

    That's one possible issue which remains on iOS, and unless you are able to get a save off the device (highly unlikely I'm afraid) there's not much that can be done unless you have a save where you can avoid her ambush encounter and are prepared to continue from that point.
