Amalas the ruffian guy in copper coronet who I can fight 1-1 with him if Hendak is not taking over yet.
This guy is gone! after I came back from finishinh Umar hills quest. It is just 4 days. I want to duel with him. Is there a way to bring him back?

ps. I had talked with him once and refused to duel with him.

    He leaves if you
    - either have freed Hendak, or
    - Mazzy is in party

    You can cheat him back C:CreateCreature("ruffian")

    @PaulaMigrate Thank you, I never know it that if I have Mazzy, this guy won't show up.
