    For the quest to acquire it that is. For the quest(s) provided after gaining a stronghold, I'd easily pick the Five Flagons theatre.

    Fighter: Too many trolls
    Cleric: Too much walking
    Thief: Not enough fighting
    Bard: Too short
    Druid: Too many trolls
    Paladin: Fire genie spam
    Mage: Too much walking

    Ranger: This porridge is just right.

    Firkraag's stronghold is just so epic, it's got it all:
    -a dead king's tomb and its undead servants (vampires and shades)
    -an evil army of orc troops, golem guardians , werewolves
    -a damsel in distress and an evil mage to save her from
    -a red dragon!

    Such fun!

    A mystery to be solved
    Real RP with monsterous NPC
    A dragon
    A dead god
    A wink to popular movie during its original release

    I love the planar sphere, its epic and I get to have apprentices blow themselves up to make me some uber trinkets :)

    Frankly, I played bg2 too many times. They are all meh to me.

    Best quest, got it all, despite the fact you gotta be a Paladin (brrrrr)...

    Umar Hills!
    I enjoy both the mission that gets me this stronghold, and the stronghold miniquests. Plus, you get a moondog of your very own! :)<3

    The Umar Hills quest is probably my favorite in the game, and the Ranger stronghold subquests are my second favorite of the stronghold quests (the Paladin ones are awesome).
