Have you tried the steps at https://beamdog.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/206729933-Windows-My-Game-Won-t-Launch-Or-Is-Crashing-On-Launch and if so could you attach a directx diagnostic summary

(Windows/R, type dxdiag, click ok, wait for the green progress bar to complete, save all information and attach the resulting file here)
