Question about EEKeeper

Don't think this is exactly the proper category for this subject, but I don't know where I should put it.

Anyway, say I want to give a character with EEKeeper an extra +1 THAC0 and damage against evil creatures, or a specific type of creatures, like vampires.

Is there any particular effect type that one could use to give bonuses like that? How? I found no obvious way to do so.
