Could someone post links to the latest IR, SR, SCS [modified for SR] while gibberlings3 is down?

Pretty please with sugar on top.

I'd like to start a new BG2EE run using these mods but can't find them.

** Bonus question:
Should I use Tweaks or Fixes with these mods? (As I understand EE implemented some Fixes but not all.)
Could you point me to a link for that as well.
