Cyrdemac doesnt spawn

Hello

I have a problem with the Quest "A contract Killing", the Quest NPC Cyrdemac who i have to kill doesnt spawn (i think i messed something up because i got into a fight before the Quest and i think i killed him). Is there a way to spawn him through the Console and what is the command for it?
