BG2 No party banter at all

Hello, I've got this odd problem and couldn't find any solution. I'm currently in chapter 3, day 14. My party members are Keldorn, Anomen, Korgan, Mazzy and Yoshimo and not a single one of them has ever talked to another. Romance with Anomen works just fine, Yoshimo has also asked me once about my past - but that's it, they don't talk to anybody else. I tried to use advance real time cheat, but it didn't help.
The only mods I use are Unfinished Business and Rogue Rebalancing.

Is it a known bug, anyone has an idea how to fix it?

I see this issue is sometimes mentioned for vanilla BG2 as well, see http://www.rpgcodex.net/forums/index.php?threads/no-interparty-banter-at-all-in-bg2.33857/, for example.

I've loaded up your save and indeed don't get any banter except for romance talks with C:AdvanceRealTime(50000) command.

Meanwhile, you can CTRL+I to force banter - just do it from time to time, and characters will talk to each other.
