No discount on either BG EE I&II or IWD EE in apple (app) store for Russian Federation (yesterday and today)
(no problems with Google Play market though)

Can You, please, look into the problem?

Alas purchasing on GooglePlay is premature before patches release.

GOG Connect would have been better to await them but @JuliusBorisov said it doesn't concern Beamdog.
