Couple of questions about getting the game after purchase and bug list
Just purchased the game, is there a direct download I can get like the first 2 BG games or do I have to use the beamdog client
Secondly, is there a complete buglist/bugfixes list like in the first 2 BG games? If so, where can I find them.

The legacy launchers (now unsupported) for our previous games are still available at https://www.beamdog.com/about/client_legacy but there's no launcher for PST:EE. You can uninstall the Beamdog Client after you install PST:EE, if you want.
There's no list of bugfixes if compared to the vanilla game, but you can check out the FAQ: https://www.beamdog.com/planescape_faq#22
