So anyway.. elven jester(yes, I cheated) dates thin-skinned half-elven wild mage. What? Yes, I realize this is totally inane.

    UNBELIEVABLE! There are some things I find despicable, but our fair community of elves jesters SPOILED by the insufferable 1/2 elven "wild mages." Why, that's like a man dating a horse. Not in my good Christian neighborhood.
    But seriously, I want to know more about elven jesters because they're a seriously underplayed class.

    What? You do realize that their children will be three quarter elves? That's not even in the books. What do you call such a person a quarter-human?

    Is worse than the the abnormal offspring out of a dwarf and a tiefling. A dwarfling in other words.

    Half-elf - at least according to the 2E PHB.
