Head Start details

Has anyone found anywhere where the Head Start mentioned is detailed? All I've seen is that for some people it starts today.

I haven't found anything regarding how you would know if you're selected, what if anything might need to be done beyond pre-ordering, and when exactly that would start.

If anyone knows please drop a reply. :)
