Trying to find BG2EE portrait

I had this portrait installed in my BGEE and BG2EE game way back. And I can't seem to find it anymore or where to download it.

It's one of my favorite portraits for my blade, and I was wondering if anyone could help me find it again? Did it ever officially get released, or do I just have to make it a custom portrait in each game?
