  • KodrakKodrak Member Posts: 42
@Narcissist elminster unfortunetely isn't able to lauch the game, as for me i'm still alone, if you want to setup something im down for!
  • NarcissistNarcissist Member Posts: 65

  • NarcissistNarcissist Member Posts: 65
@elminster, great. You need a fourth player?
  • elminsterelminster Member, Developer Posts: 16,317
Yea sure. This thing is very unplanned because of the delay and it being very sudden. You are welcome to join if I find out the IP of whomever is hosting I will let you know.

Ahaha, alrighty then! Thanks in advance!
  • elminsterelminster Member, Developer Posts: 16,317
I gave Kodrak Xaxil's email, so for all I know they could be merely walking the inner grounds of candlekeep at this point :)

@elminster Great! I'm waiting also on whoever provide the hosting ip =D @Narcissist @Xaxil

Bleh, all this tom-foolery over getting multiplayer started. I get the feeling that this must have been slightly innovative back when Baldur's Gate first came out. Though I don't see "how". Although I can host if ya'll want. I think I've got it down.

It'll be nice when they have multiplayer games going through the beamdog servers...
  • elminsterelminster Member, Developer Posts: 16,317
Fuck if I know I'm not a computer expert.
  • elminsterelminster Member, Developer Posts: 16,317
    Any luck?
  • NarcissistNarcissist Member Posts: 65
Bleh, game crashes when trying to connect
  • elminsterelminster Member, Developer Posts: 16,317
Try using ctrl enter to make the game not be full screen. This was a problem in the old game.
  • elminsterelminster Member, Developer Posts: 16,317
You can turn it to full screen afterwards.
  • NarcissistNarcissist Member Posts: 65
Is it just me? Cause even when it's not in full screen the game instantly stops responding when I click connect.
  • KodrakKodrak Member Posts: 42
@elminster i'll try but somehow game crash sometime.
  • KodrakKodrak Member Posts: 42

Does someone else want to try hosting? My knowledge of routers isn't what it used to be and I'm working with a particularly shitty one from a configuration standpoint.

I've logged out of multiplayer for the moment. Like I said if anyone else wants to try that would be great. My router is shall we say not the most straightforward piece of equipment with the firmware that is installed on it.

Hmm... I see what you mean about it freezing!
