OS X Client question

So, I pre-ordered NWN and, finances being what they are, finally got to purchase PSTEE, both through the client. I bought BGEE and BG2EE through the Apple Store and would like to launch them via the client, if that's possible. However, the client doesn't see them in /Applications, at least not in the right way, and I don't see a way to manually add a path to the executables.

Can this not be done with Apple Store purchases?

    The Client works only with games purchased from Beamdog.

    Ah, okay, thanks. I thought that might have been the case, but I didn’t see anything about that. I’ll blame the press and move on.
