Change Language

Hey there!
How do i change the language in game and on the toolset?
If i launch the game by beamdog launcher it works fine, but when i open nwmain.exe, the dm client and aurora from the bin directory i always have english.
I saw dialog.tlk in the lang folders, but i dont know where to move it.

    The Head Start is English-only.

    The Deluxe Edition Head Start has the languages (de en es fr it pl).

    You can set "Language" under [Display Options] in nwn.ini
    Values are the language keys. (de en es fr it pl) - for the Deluxe Edition Head Start
