NWserver not connecting to server list

So I have two computers, one that is to be used to run a server, and another thats just my gaming PC. If I run NWserver on my gaming PC, it will display my ipv4 address, and display on the current server list in nwn.

If I run it on my going to be server, it lists the lan address of the computer, and doesnt appear on the server list.

Anyone have a clue as to why?
