Paid for DD but client doesnt offer install for dd headstart

As above paid for dd version but when i switch tab to dd headstart it doesnt offer the install buts reads buy now paid via paypal.

strange i followed the process but it only worked when i used the link provide for dd head start from the post youve linked

Link from the store page wouldnt activate:

Activated just fine.
