Shaman in IWD with no Shaman abilities

I am playing the beta of IWD 2.5 on my Nexus 7 tablet, and created a shaman for my party. However, during character creation I am never prompted to select spells, and when the game begins I find that my shaman also had no dance button, just the defend shield icon. So a Shaman with no dance or magic. Anyone else run into this problem?

    Shamanic Dance currently uses a Shield as an icon, https://support.baldursgate.com/issues/34045

    As for the spell selection, there's a bug https://support.baldursgate.com/issues/34226 (Shaman should not be able to select any number of starting spells at creation by using the Back button) - but you can select spells. Can you clarify what you mean here?

    During character creation I am never given the option of selecting spells, I select proficiencies and the game skips right past spell selection. So currently my spellbook is completely blank, with all levels saying "spells can cast 0/0."

    I also activated the shamanic dance by clicking the shield icon, and found that, while the game will constantly state that my shaman is dancing, I could still walk around, and no spirits were ever even attempted to be summoned (I never summoned spirits nor got the message saying that the spirits did not answer my call or whatever).

    Thank you for reporting, @Dawglicious !

    It looks like these 2 severe issues do not occur on PC version 2.5.10, but happen on Andoid, ouch!

    Yes I can confirm. PC version, everything about the Shaman works great, Android version, Spell selection does not even come up on Character creation and no dance icon.

    I can confirm too. Shaman has 0 spells a dance doesn't work. Level up doesn't help, have her on lvl 3. I am currently playing the beta release, since the stable didn't work on android 8 huawei mate 10 pro.
