Unfinished Business Component "Gorje Hilldark and the Extended Illithium Quest" doesn't work

If've installed the Unfinished Business (v26) component #4 Gorje Hilldark and the Extended Illithium Quest. It doesn't work as expected. After "freeing" Gorje Hilldark brother under the Temple Ruins the brother is expected to go to the Copper Coronet. He never arrives there. The quest remains incomplete.

    This should belong to the modding section, I think.

    The problem is some what related to the beta. In v2.3 and earlier the problem doesn't exists.
