Override Files Don't Appear in Toolset

I placed the Project Q torch model and its corresponding texture file in the Documents\Neverwinter Nights\Override folder but the new model doesn't appear in the toolset; the original model still appears.
However, in-game the updated model is used. So am I correct in assuming that changes in the override don't appear in the toolset or did I do something wrong or is their an INI setting that needs to be set?
