Glint's Quest Bug ?

Location: Underground River (ghosts cave)
when ghosts start the convesation, there should be dialogue line to calm them down - i dont see it (every line ends in combat) WHY ? Normally i wouldnt care, but one of this ghost is needed to glint's quest
