On Going back to main menu sometimes Crash (3489660927)

Getting this error after I updated to latest graphic drivers Nvidia, GTX 980 ti and latest patch.
Happens sometimes when I exiting a module to the main menu. No dump files just black screen for awhile and if you click around it closes and window box with problem with program.

    It's better to get all crashes reported on support.baldursgate.com so that the reports don't get lost.

    I think it was fixed in last patch, have not have it happen since.
    This one from the patch notes.
    *Fixed a client crash on game exit related to the ingame messages UI.
