Scroll Case should be a quick-use item

I would love to see the Scroll Case become a quick-use item. You should be able to assign it to a quick-use slot, open it up to see a menu of all the scrolls inside that your character is capable of casting (they would preferably be listed in the spellbook order, not the order they're in inside the case), and cast them directly from this menu. This would save a lot of fumbling around in the inventory screen.
