Icewind Dale...Can't access Poquelin's stairs. Need a save file fix please !!!

I have allready found a solution in this link

However i cannot use the console (known issue with icewind.ini not being there) and the solution of posting my save and having it corrected seems unlikely because i cannot post anything in that post anymore. Here's a save however and i thank anyone willing to help me in advance :)
