Trying to respawn Rasaad (BG2:EE)

So I'm trying to recruit Wilson the Bear for my party, and following a guide, it told me that I needed to do Rasaad's questline partially. I ditched Rasaad somewhere (I have no clue where, been a long while since I played) and I can't find him anywhere in tradesmeet. I already did quests in tradesmeet (statues of the party present if that matters) but haven't worked on Rasaad's questline at all. I've managed to use EEKeeper to restore my Golden Pantaloons since I couldn't find them anywhere, but I've been having difficultly finding a method to respawn an NPC. The location for rasaad's questline to get to wilson is not available to me. Thanks for any help!

    If you can use the console, just enter the following code into it and Rasaad will be teleported to your main character wherever he may have been. You can copy the code from here and paste it in game with ctrl-v.
