Mousewheel zooms content when scrolling dropdown lists

Kind of annoying, and might be just my system, but when I scroll through lists of things and the dialog for the list is over the map view, it also zooms the map. I don't recall this behavior when I was making mods a few years ago.

Don't know if it's a bug or a feature and no idea where to report such things. Is there a bug repository somewhere I can check before reporting things I find?

Same thing happening to me. Also if I'm scrolling through appearances and what not. At first I thought I was remembering wrong too.

This has been happening since 1.69 - and earlier if I recall. It should be reported if it hasn't already been.
