Rasaad lost levels and equipment?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
So in my SoD playthrough I just got Rasaad back and he lost a level and all the equipment I left him with when I finished the OC! I'm rather upset by this. At the very least he could have kept the level he lost. It's gonna be more painful when I get Neera back if she lost all the spells I taught her!

    This is an unfortunate bug which should be fixed when the patch 2.5 arrives (but only for new games).

    For now, you can use the EE-Keeper and the console to add missing levels, items and such.
