Bounce and splat MDL support

Can we get the mdl effect to support bounce lower than 1 (like .8) seem to to default to 0 if below 1. Can we get splat effect support too, I thought I remember this working before. If I wrong someone here will update me. Thanks.

    Yes would be nice. Practically as an example there is my new rain but the bounce factor is so high it´s looks very stupid when the "drop" hits the walkmesh by now ;)

    Where do you this suggestion added to (which existing card, or maybe a new card, if yes then where)?

    It was one of though, it be nice to add but not like top of the killer list of must haves things. So if it take like a few minutes to add that be great. I do not even know how many people would vote for it, probably only the CC creators. It up to you if you want to put it up on any card and I vote for it.
