No, I think they'll have it at the same price. So, no advantage for early adopters.
But, I wouldn't be surprised if you get bonus stuff added to the deal when/if they do produce new content, this for around the same price. Or, maybe they've have this and that package you can make up that gives you various stuff. New areas (with bonus tilesets that come with it that builders could use). That kind of thing. Base price. And then extra, extra, extra as they come up with stuff. Or that's what I imagine will happen.
