Bugs in polish font on v8166

Hello,

I've noticed bugs in polish fonts like ąćężźłóń etc. on Digital Deluxe Head Start v8166. Different characters appear than they should.

Egzample from the menu:

    I've also noticed one can't write in-game with polish fonts like ą = a + Alt key, ó = o + Alt key, etc.

    I bought and installed the game today on arch linux (bought from GOG). Is there any fix for this problem yet?

    It seems there already is a bug report: https://support.baldursgate.com/issues/38978. Should I still file a new one or just hope that the problem gets solved?

    Can you guys please fix this issue ASAP? I've bought NWN:EE today on GOG.com, so I can play it on Ubuntu 18.10, but the lack of polish characters makes some words unreadable.

    Any progress on repair that font rendering? I can't play. I also bought the game from gog.pl ,

    Ok. I found solution (probably for Steam running under Windows) that I should set Language=pl option in nwn.ini file. But on my Linux machine, I cannot found that file.

    Please check out another file after the recent patch. Settings.tml in Documents / Neverwinter Nights

    I use GNU/Linux system. I found the nwn.ini file inside $HOME/.local/Never Winter Nights: Enhancement Edition . Changing language is graphics or display section didn't help. By the way, I cannot find Settings.tml. I use find command like that: find . -iname settings.tml inside directory I wrote about before and in game installation directory..

    GOG share older version of game for Polish people. I installed English one, install Polish Extras and everything worked. Thanks.
