Crashing After Leaving Arena in BPII

I've played through BGI and II and BP I and II several times and never had any issues, but now I'm trying to go through BP II and 75% of the time after I am leaving the arena and loading back into the merchant area the game crashes. Beamdog client throws this error:

The Beamdog Client encountered an error trying to run Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition (Retail). Please contact Beamdog support and mention exit code: 3221225477
