Workshop Mods not being seen by toolset or dedicated server

Just thought I would throw this one up here, as I saw players with these issues over on the Steam forums.

...However, fixing the issue completely would clearly be the right move.

    Hopefully all workshop content gets released on the vault else a lot of people will never see it let alone use it. :)
