Hi,
Baldur.ini should be in your beamdog data, look if its not in a cache folder but I dont think.

There's now baldur.lua instead of baldur.ini (for the versions 2.0 and above) -

That said, resolution in the game depends on your desktop resolution. So you can change the resolution for your desktop, and it will change how the game looks.
