[macOS] Custom module not appearing in game

I've downloaded a custom module, and put it in documents\neverwinter nights\modules but it doesn't appear in the module list when I start a new game.

Any ideas on what I should check?

Hmm, which module and where did you download it from?

Actually I can't play any module at all. If I try to start the official modules it just says "Could not unpack module" and dumps me to the main menu. I've checked and a few people have raised this as a bug
