Can't play any multiplayer premium modules

Every time I try to load up a module (pirates, Infinite dungeon, etc) everyone that connects is naked and no gear is available. All NPC's also have no gear or equipment either. WTF? The original modules work, just none of the premium one I paid for through steam. How do I fix this? Anyone else running into this with multiplayer?

    Everyone else who is connecting to your premium module server also has the premium module themselves?

    yes, everyone has the modules, that's a different error altogether. Just can't get anything to work in multiplayer other than the original modules.
