Suggestion: Change "Add the ability to have a fourth class" card to "Unhardcode the class cap"

and i think it might be important to have this distinction.
i realise we still would need something like the UI-refactor.
but until we have the complete UI overhaul would it not be possible to instead of having the 3 class buttons in the radial menu to have one button called "class feats" and inside that one have room for all the classes that custom content creators can make?
or at least unhardcode the Radial Menu so that custom content creators can make these changes to the radial menu?
