Melee weapons proficiency still wrong

Hello,
When you look at the (FR) description it is written : 1 star : can use, 2 stars : 1/2 att bonus, 3 stars 1/2 att bonus.
Is it cumulative or a straight bonus ?

    Not quite.

    "2 stars : 1/2 att bonus, 3 stars 1/2 att bonus" just mean that with 2 and 3 proficiency points put into a weapon you have 1/2 att bonus, i.e. that it doesn't change.

    @CodeKiller I'll have a look at the french texts to check if they need an improvement to avoid a misunderstanding.
