Is there a mod to stop the map zoom?

Zooming in and out on opening the map not only wastes time for no particular reason, it's also dizzying. Is there a mod that reverts the map opening to classic BG?

    In PST:EE, you can add SetPrivateProfileString('Graphics','Disable Area Map Zoom','1') in the Baldur.lua file.
    Sadly this option does not exist in the other EEs. There is this ticket opened about it.

    @JuliusBorisov can the devs try to push this into 2.5?

    Aw man. Really hope that feature gets added to BGEEs as well. Currently playing EET. Your GUI mod is awesome, btw, @lefreut
