New class kit

I've played the game for years and enjoy every moment.
But I want to try something new and cread a new class kit, how can i do that?

I want to add a new paladin kit that can use an additional two rings and one more necklace instead of spell casting, can it be done?

In addition I have a few plans for the claric.

@JonFink, although I am not a modder and can't answer your questions, there is a thread titled "How to: Making kit mods for the Enhanced Editions!". It sounds like a good place to start. The area for General Modding is also more than likely the best place to pose the questions

Not sure if this is helpful to you at all, but you may want to check out the Undead Eliminator kit mod at: https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/18607/jkits-v7-kenshei-undead-eliminator-amazon-3-20-18

The kit is basically a fighter with some paladin-like abilities (i.e.: immunity to hold and level drain) who can also dual to a cleric.
